Lamb and Eggplant Pastitsio

Today was a good day. I made Lamb and Eggplant Patistsio for dinner- it's in the oven now. Here's a picture of the mayhem I made in my kitchen.

We'll see if it's any good...

In other news: finally put in plants and gravel in the backyard... it's like someone actually lives here...

At work, I have started making emoticons because I fear that others cannot understand the emotions I am trying to convey when I talk to them.

I've been keeping track of every dinner that I make (since I started this silly blog)... I just don't have the list at home. It's in a sparkly purple notebook at work.

I've also been keeping track of every book I've ready in 2011 (since well before this blog). That's in the same purple notebook.
